5. Injection mark: Injection phenomenon caused by too fast firing speed will be improved if the speed is slowed down. Material drying is not accurate, and part of the mold inlet is too small and shoots slowly and cannot be formed.


6. Flow mark: caused by the outflow of plastic cold material from the screw tube, which can be improved by loosening back, can also reduce the temperature of the nose or adjust the back pressure moderately, but pay attention to the mixing problem of raw material color master.


7. Silver wire: whether the material is indeed dried, whether it is placed too long to reabsorb moisture, whether the added secondary material (pulverized material) is again dried mold leakage or water pipe joint leakage into the mold temperature and environmental temperature difference is mostly.


8. Color difference: check whether the amount of master color is enough, confirm whether the batch number of master color is correct, improve the screw speed to mix the master color evenly, confirm whether the master color feeding meter is abnormal, into the glue point there is color difference or there are obvious rings, you can try to reduce the pressure after injection is not made some adjustments to reduce the stress here.
