No matter how good the glue is, it has a smell, but the size of the smell depends on the recipe. Usually, the better brands do not have too many odor problems, some brands have obvious irritating phenomenon, followed by the use of silicone and silicone bonding. For quick drying adhesives, slow drying adhesives must be used for air drying. After the fast drying adhesive is firmly bonded, the bonding part will be white and too brittle, and it is easy to break when bending for a long time.
Whether the stitching seat is suitable for glue, as we all know, bumpy and bright surface assembly inverted is the assembly effect. The same is true in silicone products. If the glue position of the product is not good, the glue used for the product is good. Breaking can occur during long twists and turns, so the approach is to leave the product's grooves in place at the time of design so that the glue can be smoothly attached later.
Under normal circumstances, the size and area of silicone adhesive products should not be too large, so the groove is generally between 1-2mm. If the pot is too big, it can leak or the glue costs too much. Too small may lead to insufficient glue and lead to poor bonding. Generally, concave and convex grooves usually leave a small amount of glue in the gap between the grooves, so the glue is not easy to overflow.
The amount of glue is also important. If the manufacturer of silicone products manually controls the amount of glue applied in the process, efficiency and quality will not be achieved naturally. Therefore, when controlling the amount of glue, choose the automatic distributor for glue coating.
