Mix the silicone and hardener together. The appearance of the silicone mold is a flowing liquid. Component A is silica gel and component B is hardener. Example: take 100 grams of silica gel, add 2g curing agent, stir evenly

2. Vacuumizing and defoaming treatment: after mixing silica gel and curing agent evenly, vacuumizing and defoaming. Vacuumizing time should not be too long. Under normal circumstances, it should not exceed 10 minutes. If vacuumized for too long, silica gel will immediately solidify and cannot be painted or poured. As a result, silicone is wasted and can only be dumped into the bin and taken out again.
3. Spraying or operation process: Silica gel which has been evacuated to discharge bubbles is sprayed or poured. Pour it over the product (note: the product or model to be copied before pouring silicone must be molded with release agent or wax). Silica gel is then applied to the product and the coating must be uniform. After 30 minutes, paste a layer of gauze fiber weft cloth to increase the strength and tension of silica gel. Then apply a layer of silica gel, paste a layer of gauze fiber weft cloth, two times later. Only in this way, the service life and mold turn times of silica gel mold will be relatively improved, so as to save cost and improve efficiency.
4. External mold production: Generally speaking, the method and material used is to surround the mold with rubber sheet or wood. It will be enough to fill the mold box with plaster. Another method is to use a resin coating. After applying a layer of resin, apply a layer of fiberglass cloth, and then apply it again. The outer mold can be completed by repeating two or three layers.
5. Filling mold operation method: Filling mold or filling mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. No styling line saves manpower and time. Encapsulate the product or model you want to copy with rubber plate or glass plate, pour the vacuumized silica gel directly on the product, take out the product after drying and forming, and mold forming.
