Types and properties of skeleton materials commonly used in rubber industry


1. Cotton fiber


Cotton fiber has low strength, poor heat resistance and fatigue resistance, low elasticity and high heat generation.


2. rayon


The strength, fatigue resistance and heat resistance of rayon are higher than that of cotton fiber. The initial elastic modulus is high and the dimensional stability is good, but the strength loss after hygroscopic is large.


3. Polyamide fibre
