Sealing ring installation and use
Precautions for installation and use of sealing ring:
(1) can not be installed in the wrong direction and damage the lip. A scar of more than 50μm on the lip may result in significant oil leakage.
(2) Prevent forced installation. Can not be hammered in with a hammer, but to use a special tool to press the sealing ring into the seat hole, and then use a simple cylinder to protect the lip through the spline part. Before installation, smear some lubricating oil on the lip to facilitate installation and prevent burns during initial operation, and pay attention to cleaning.
(3) To prevent overdue use. The service life of dynamic sealing rubber seals is generally 3000~5000h, and the new sealing ring should be replaced in time.
(4) The size of the replacement seal ring should be the same. The sealing ring of the same size should be selected in strict accordance with the instructions, otherwise the tightness and other requirements cannot be guaranteed.
(5) Avoid using old sealing rings. When using a new seal ring, it is necessary to carefully check its surface quality, to determine the absence of holes, bumps, cracks and grooves and other defects and enough elasticity before use.
(6) When installing, each part of the hydraulic system should be strictly cleaned first. It is best to use special tools to prevent the sharp metal edge from scratched fingers.
(7) When replacing the seal ring, strictly check the groove of the seal ring, remove dirt and polish the bottom of the groove.
(8) In order to prevent damage resulting in oil leakage, it must be operated according to the rules. At the same time, it should not be overloaded for a long time or put the machine in a bad environment.
