Liquid silica gel manufacturers tell you what the process is when curing rubber
When silicone rubber is applied or a plastic composition is vulcanized, hardener components are added to form a highly elastic substance. There are two common methods: curing and curing, organotin catalysts usually use alcohol as a by-product, and curing. Platinum catalysts, on the other hand, produce no by-products.
Special silicone rubber grade can use UV light flash vulcanization. The curing time is controlled by adjusting uv light intensity and exposure time. Most cured rubbers retain full elasticity up to 200, and some products can even be briefly heated up to 300°C, at lower temperatures they retain their flexibility to drop down to 50°C or even 100°C in special grade cases.
Curing rubber process:
By selecting special slow acting catalysts, you are also provided with a range of systems with a long shelf life premixed part where only the vulcanization temperature is raised. Based on the structure of the polymer, which is similar to the addition molding of the two-component RTV silicone rubber grade, this group is also divided into two-component RTV. The thermal conductivity of two-component RTV silicone rubber can generally be used to insulate electrical equipment without causing overheating.
Generally useful electrical properties are insulation resistance, breakdown resistance and dissipation factor. The air permeability of two-component RTV silicone rubber is about ten times higher than that of natural rubber at room temperature. Another feature that is advantageous in many applications is the excellent release properties of cured rubber surfaces to organic and inorganic materials.
Application: foaming silicone strip manufacturers introduce a wide range of two-component RTV silicone rubber products, making the cured rubber is very flexible, highly specialized characteristics. Liquid silicone products manufacturers tell you that the result is a multi-faceted, successful solution portfolio for individual problems in different industrial fields, such as mold manufacturing, electronics, optoelectronics, home appliances, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, medical applications and solar photovoltaic.
